The Park Slope Food Coop, founded 1973, is the largest wholly member-owned and operated food coop in the country. In exchange for 2 3/4 hours of work every four weeks you can save up to 20% - 40% off your grocery bill. The Coop is owned and operated by its members and is therefore, responsive to the membership rather than to the companies trying to sell their products.
