Community Ties

A benefit of Membership: local businesses offering Park Slope Food Coop members special discounts and/or other special offers that are not available to the general public. Just bring your Membership card along when you visit participating merchants.

The Park Slope Food Coop invites merchants, service providers and business owners to join an exciting community-building program at the Coop, the Community Ties Program! The program connects participating neighborhood merchants with our dynamic membership of over 10,000.

Merchants who register with the Community Ties Program offer PSFC members who show a Coop membership card a discount or some other special offer that is not available to the general public. There is no minimum amount of offer to join just the availability of the offer to PSFC members.

We provide a decal & logo for you to display in your window and/or literature identifying you as a participant in the program. We periodically publish a list of participants with a description of the type of services / merchandise provided and the special offer; that is, continuous, free advertising to our vast membership.
