CHANGES TO Plastic Recycling
Good news! NYC has begun to accept all the rigid plastic we've been collecting. The Coop's recycling program will continue through May. Visit NYC Recycles for all the details on the city's program. By law, plastic film can be recycled at any supermarket that provides plastic carry out bags. The Coop does not provide plastic carry-out bags, so beginning in June we will no longer be accepting plastic film. Thanks to all our dedicated recyclers.
