Bulk Cinnamon Information
The Coop has received questions about our bulk cinnamon due to recent press reports on the high lead levels found in cinnamon. The cinnamon the Coop sells in the bulk spice aisle is from Frontier Coop. Frontier has written a statement about its cinnamon and its testing protocols. We have confidence in Frontier’s quality control measures and will continue purchasing cinnamon and other bulk spices and herbs from them. Further updates from Frontier will be shared.
