Returns Policy

The Coop strives to keep prices low for our membership. One way we do this is by minimizing the amount of returned merchandise.If you need to make a return or request a refund, please go to the Second-Floor Service Desk.

The Coop reserves the right to refuse returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions, please speak to a staff member in the Membership Office.

 Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an eligible item from the date of purchase. 
  • You must bring your PAID-IN-FULL receipt. The Coop cannot accept returns without a PAID-IN-FULL receipt.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit that is valid for 30 days. 
  • All refunds for items you purchased with SNAP benefits go directly to your EBT card.

  • Bulk
  • Calendars
  • CBD
  • Cheese
  • Frozen goods
  • Grab & Go
  • Holiday Items
  • Meat and Fish*
  • Produce
  • Refrigerated Supplements & Oils
  • All Other Refrigerated Goods*

(Items not listed above that are unopened, unused, and in re-sellable condition are returnable.)

* These items are returnable ONLY if spoiled before the expiration date.
Packaging or label must be presented for a refund for items spoiled before the expiration date.

Can I exchange my item?

No, we do not exchange items. You must return the merchandise and re-purchase what you need.
