Joining Agreements

At your in-person appointment you’ll be asked to sign that you have read and agreed to the following terms of membership:

To abide by the cooperative principles as outlined by the International Cooperative Alliance.
To fulfill the work requirement with integrity.
To follow the policies and procedures of the Park Slope Food Coop as outlined in the Membership Manual and other Coop documents.
To treat everyone in the Coop with the respect due all people.
I have viewed the online orientation materials.
A violation of the Coop’s policies could result in termination of my membership.
